CYBERSAFE+ TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CyberSafe+ services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Compliance and Data Security

Our platform operates with:

4. Service Level Agreements

6. Payment Terms

All fees for services are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. CyberSafe+ reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Security Guarantees: While CyberSafe+ provides comprehensive protection, we do not guarantee 100% prevention of all threats. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid for the affected period.

User Responsibility: Users remain responsible for their own cybersecurity hygiene and compliance with best practices.

Consequential Damages: CyberSafe+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

8. Data Processing and Privacy

CyberSafe+ processes user data solely for security monitoring and threat detection purposes. All data processing complies with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

CyberSafe+ reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
