At CyberSafe+, we are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality cybersecurity services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for our services.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • You were billed but did not receive any support.
  • The problem was definitively outside our advertised support range.
  • A technical issue on our side caused a service disruption.
  • The support session was incomplete, and you are not satisfied with how it was managed.

We will always try our best to solve your problem before considering a refund.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at support@cybersafeplus.com within 7 days of your support session.

Please provide:

  • Your complete name
  • The date and a description of the problem
  • Why you are requesting a refund

We will review each request carefully, considering service records, technician notes, and how the issue was addressed.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:
  • Setup fees for custom security configurations
  • Third-party security assessments or consulting services
  • Services used beyond the 30-day evaluation period
  • Refunds requested after 90 days from purchase

5. Subscription Cancellations

For subscription services, you may cancel at any time. Refunds for unused portions of prepaid subscriptions will be prorated. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

6. Payment Method for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
